The purpose of this web site is
to provide information to the public, and members of San Gabriel Valley
Bar Association, not to collect information from its visitors.
Like all web servers, the server hosting this site logs
information about requests made to it for pages, images and other web
content, and this information contains domain names and/or IP
addresses. This information is contained in all communications
upon which the Internet is based; none of this information is
confidential or secret. The San Gabriel Valley Bar Association uses the
services of its hosting company, but does not control policy of the

The San Gabriel Valley Bar Association does not store
nor process any of this logged information, nor does it collect
information from visitors with the exception of those items described
below. The San Gabriel Valley Bar Association does not share any
information that it receives with any third parties, commercial or
otherwise. The information that it does keep is necessary to operate
features of this site, including, the sending of electronic mail
messages sent from this site's facilities.
SGVBA does not compile lists of e-mail addresses to send
out any e-mails for any purpose whatsoever. We do not send general
bulletins, newsletters, or advertisements. If this policy changes in
the future, a notice will be placed prominently on our home page as
well as stated in a revised Privacy Policy Statement.
SGVBA does not rent, lease, sell or lend to any other
organization or to any individual the email address or any other
personal data of any visitor to our website for any commercial purpose.

the specific information that you provide when completing the form.
This site uses forms for sending electronic mail messages to its
members and officers. Electronic mail messages are sent to other
computers not associated with this web site. The lifetime of these
messages and their ultimate disposition is beyond the ability of the
San Gabriel Valley Bar Association to control. By sending electronic
mail messages via this site (or by any other method), you acknowledge
